Dr. Volker Schad specializes in the negotiation and design of contracts for companies, including their legal enforcement. His activity focuses on trade and corporate law as well as advising on the business and tenancy law aspects of real estate projects.

Dr. Volker Schad comprehensively advises his clients on partnership and limited liability company issues, on real estate development projects as well as on (project) financing and transactions in the area of (project) companies including structuring, implementation and liquidation of financing instruments such as closed-end investment funds.
